The friendly service and traditional recipes continue to make Emelio's a local spot for our valued generations of customers. The owner, Leo, son of Mike and Binnie, started Emelio's Catering with his wife, Annette, and their commitment to the idea of offering the same personalized experience of the restaurant with an expansive menu. 

We specialize in off-premise catering for all occasions including weddings, corporate events, private parties, sporting events, and luncheons. 

Chef Matt Taylor adds over 30 years of culinary expertise with an exclusive focus on the wedding industry for the past five. His training spans the seafood specialties of Seattle, the vibrant flair of Las Vegas, and the relaxed, flavorful cuisine of the Cayman Islands. Chef Matt brings his vast skill and enthusiasm to every event.
